Placing an Order

Select a design to begin creating a personalized product. First, select an order quantity. Then, enter your name and contact information. Customize each line for an added touch, insert your company logo, a photo, or choose one of our stock logos. Instantly view your design with our live preview. If you are not satisfied with the options selected, experiment with other type styles, ink color, and line placement. Change your personalization and preview again. When you have completed the personalization and preview process, select an order quantity, approve and add to your shopping cart.

Ordering online is fast, easy and secure. Once you complete your order, we will automatically offer you a printable receipt and send an order confirmation to your e-mail address.

What is the Design Toolbar?

Customizing stationery for your business is quick and easy. Whether you are customizing business cards, letterhead or envelopes these guidelines will get you on your way to a fully customizable product.

Introducing the design toolbar!

The design toolbar allows you to fully customize your product with 15 font choices, 16 color choices and endless customization features that will surely personalize your product any way you like.

Customizing your text

Text Style:

To change the font of your text simply select the line of personalization you'd like to change and click the Font drop down menu to choose a new font from the list.

Tip: if changing all lines of personalization simply select all lines by clicking and dragging over and change all styles at once!

Text Size:

To increase or decrease the size of your personalization, simply select the line of personalization you'd like to alter and change the size via the size drop down - the higher the value, the bigger your text will appear; conversely, the lower the value, the smaller your text will appear.

Tip: if changing all lines of personalization simply select all lines and change the size at once!

Text Color:

To change the color of your personalization, simply select the line of personalization you wish to change and select a color out of the text color drop down.

Tip: if changing the color of all lines of personalization simply select all lines and change the color once!

Bold, Italic or Underline your Text:

Make Text Bold - Select text and click the bold button.

Make Text Italicized - Select text and click the Italic button.

Make Text Underlined - Select text and click the Underline button.

Align your Text:

Align text to Left - Select text and click the 'Align Text Left' button.

Align text Center - Select text and click the 'Align Text Center' button.

Align text Right - Select text and click the 'Align Text Right' button.

Alignment of Content:

Align group of text to left edge of the product - Select group of text and click the 'Left Edges' button.

Align group of text to vertical center of the product - Select group of text and click the 'Vertical Center' button.

Align group of text to right edge of the product - Select group of text and click the 'Right Edges' button.

Align group of text to top edge of the product - Select group of text and click the 'Top Edges' button.

Align group of text to horizontal center of the product - Select group of text and click the 'Horizontal Center' button.

Align group of text to bottom edge of the product - Select group of text and click the 'Bottom Edges' button.

Additional Options

Undo ⁄ Redo:

You have the option to undo (dismiss) a change you've made to your design by simply clicking the Undo option.

You also have the option to redo (add back a change you've recently dismissed) by simply clicking the Redo option.

Saving Your Design:

If you wish to save the design ⁄ template simply click the 'Save' Option to save your design ⁄ template into your Account. Note: You must have a My Account in order to save your design. If you are not logged into your account then you will be prompted to do so before the design can be saved.

Zoom (Increase your document ⁄ design size):

You have the ability to increase the size you view your document ⁄ design by using the Zoom feature. Simply click the zoom drop down menu to increase or decrease zoom value. The higher the value, the larger your design will appear; conversely, the smaller the value the smaller your design will appear.

Line Spacing:

This option allows you to change the spacing between your lines of personalization (leading). To change the spacing between your lines, simply click on the Line Spacing drop down menu to increase or decrease the space.

Grid:

The grid option allows you to display a visual grid on your working document ⁄ design. This allows for visual alignment and consistency while customizing your product. To show grid on your working design click the grid option.

Note: A grid will appear for customization purposes but WILL NOT PRINT on your final product.


Snap to Grid:

Whether the grid is on or off, the Grid turned on or off, enabling the Snap to Grid option allows the text box with which you're working to snap or move in pre-defined incremental units. To enable the Snap to Grid option click the tool on the "snap" button..

Adding Images ⁄ Clipart

Inserting an image ⁄ logo:

Adding your own logo or image is quick and easy. We will walk you through the steps below.

  1. Click the Image ⁄ Logo Button.
  2. Read and approve the Terms and Conditions.
  3. Select your image ⁄ logo file from your hard drive.
  4. Crop your image ⁄ logo by highlighting the area of the image you wish to use and clicking the 'Crop and Save' button. Note: You do have the option to Save the Full Image or Cancel the upload.
  5. Adjust the size and location of your image ⁄ logo.

Clipart:

If you prefer to use one of our Standard Logos ⁄ Clipart, then you may browse our various options by: follow these steps

  1. Click the Clipart Button.

  2. Select a category to view clipart options or view all.
  3. Select Color you wish to match with product.
  4. Click Insert to add in your product and simply adjust size and location of the selected clipart.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, utilizing the VeriSign Secure Site service, one of the most recognized symbols of trust on the Web. Your credit card will be authorized at the order confirmation stage of the online ordering process.

Returns

If you have received your order and it is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know and we will replace it immediately. If you have received your order and feel that the personalization is not accurate to your online preview, we will be glad to re-print your order at no additional charge. We believe in our products and back them up with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, call us for a full refund.

Cancellations

We apologize, but we are unable to change or cancel an order online. Please call 1-866-925-3432 and speak with a representative for further assistance.

 

Order Status

Obtain the status of your order by using the Order Status page. You will be asked to provide the Order # and your email address used at the time the order was placed. If you need further assistance to obtain your order status please call us at 1-866-925-3432. Please note that each order item may arrive on separate days.

Customization & Cancellation Policy

Customization Policy

We reserve the right to refuse to print or produce any customized features on products that do not meet our quality guidelines. Customized features may include but are not limited to: photographs, artwork or graphics, text message lines, and other text that may occur within names, titles, slogans, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.

Cancellation Policy

All on-line orders are submitted to production immediately to provide the most timely service possible. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled after they are submitted.

 

Sales Tax

Federal law requires that tax be collected on all orders being shipped to addresses within the U.S.
